It was reported in Bloomberg Businessweek (of all places, right?) that the battle of the dolls is still raging. Mattell vs MGA Entertainment is heating up and they are giving it a second go with an all new trial later on this month (unless appeals overturns an order forbidding MGA a delay to change lawyers). The copyright infringement claims Mattel is making shouldn't even be an issue - who cares about these skanky hood dolls, anyway?
Why is this even happening? That judge should get rid of all these "Bratz" dolls completely instead - the taxpayers, consumers, and especially parents would likely find this a much better alternative to another big waste of time.
